"Why test through a concierge service"
Our concierge service provides a safe, quick and convenient way to get a Government-approved COVID-19 PCR test with the minimum of disruption to daily life. Whether at work, home, in a hotel or on a production set, our mobile testing team will come to you. Additional testing services are also available which include Rapid Antigen Tests and antibody testing. We can work with you to provide tailor-made solutions for VIPs/Talent, productions and day shoots.
"How do I book an appointment?"
Our concierge service is available 7 days a week. Simply contact the team and they will discuss your requirements to establish a convenient date and time for testing, and explain the associated costs.
"How will my sample be taken?"
A member of our mobile testing team will come to you to conduct the test. They will be wearing full PPE and follow strict COVID-19 protocols to ensure your safety. All YDFM staff are regularly tested. Your sample will then be couriered securely to the laboratory for processing.
"How & when do I get my results?"
Your results will be delivered to you confidentially via text message within 24 hours. If you require a certificate of proof for your result, this will be emailed across to you. In the event that you test positive and require advice from a clinician, support can be made available.
