Customer Complaints Procedure

Service excellence is central to the Covid-19 testing solutions that we provide to our customers. If you have been provided with a service by Your Doctor Film and Media that did not meet your expectations, then it is important that you contact us. In the first instance you should send an email to customer.complaints@yourdoctorfm.com . You will then be contacted immediately by one of our service managers to further understand the issue you have experienced. Only by listening to our customers are we able to initiate change and service improvements.
