In-House Trainer

Summary of role: Reporting to the Quality Lead, the In-house Trainer partners with the organisation to identify, design and deliver business & IT focused training solutions.

Experience/skills required:

  • Passionate about training, with proven business and IT training experience in a fast moving and agile environment
  • Healthcare sector experience (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of enhancing and optimising learning solutions
  • Adept at creating training materials including videos, handouts etc
  • Strong presentation skills and well versed in delivering training events
  • Super organised: used to juggling multiple projects with different priorities and working to short deadlines
  • Tech savvy: a fast learner with excellent knowledge of MS Packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Power Bi etc.) and MS Infrastructure (SharePoint/One Drive etc)
  • Experience with Learning Managing Systems
  • Have a growth mindsight: we’re growing fast, and you’ll be expected to offer ideas where processes can be improved and drive your own personal development
  • Sound judgement: you’ll have access to sensitive and confidential information so you’ll need to be discreet – someone who can be relied upon to ‘do the right thing’
