HR & Payroll Assistant
Summary of role: Responsible for the process of new hires paperwork, pre-employment checks and onboarding, maintain employee records, processing payroll and providing support to the HR Manager.
Experience and Skills:
- MUST have at least 2 years of experience as working in a similar role working in a small, fast paced, busy HR department;
- Handling confidential information/data under GDPR guidelines;
- Good knowledge/experience of payroll administration;
- Some recruitment experience;
- Note taking at meetings;
- Ability to work to deadlines and exhibit excellent organisation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- IT literate with Microsoft Packages;
- Meticulous and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work flexibly as required in a fast paced environment;
- Desirable: Level 3 CIPD or studying towards a CIPD qualification.
